50% lower decay.

Server rules:
Max. 5 players authorized on TC over the course of a wipe;
Max. 5 Players in a group, no swapping out members;
Max. 5 players basing together;
Max. 5 players raiding/roaming together;
-Allow access to the owner after raiding a base. Remove all locks from doors/cupboard and do not wall in the base;
Door camping is allowed to a certain degree;
Behave in a mature manner and refrain from obscene or racist language;
Keep trolling to a minimum, consistently toxic players willbe banned;
