Builder's Sanctuary Is a PRIVATE build server owned and managed by Zedge and Yoshi. It's a place away from all the trolls on public build servers and all the oxide and plugin updates needed hosting your own private one while still having the full admin perms that you would have on your private one and having all the plugins you will ever want that you would need to use a public build server for ifyou don't want to update them yourself.
Builder's Sanctuary also has a custom map with completeflat islands to make base designs without dealing with terrain as well as normal procedural terrainallowing more realistic scenarios and allows you to mess with bus stops, rock formations, monumentsetc
