A fresh and new rust server that has max map size (6000) with simple rules dedicated to PVPVE'ers, and roleplayers alike.
Ofcourse, they either can do serious or just semiRP to keep things nice and fun for everyone involved.

Plugins:

Anti offline raid.
Advanced Gather.
Bradley Guards.
Tank Commander (Admins only for events).
Plagued Murderers.

Rules:
No drama within the game server, Keepthings on topic.
Base raiding is not allowed unless its within PVP biomes.
Follow adminsdiscretion, Don't make a fuzz and or arguments.
PVP is allowed on the arid biome, snow biome,and all monuments. loot with caution!
PVE is only in effect for Temperate biome.
Players are allowed to roleplay on the server if they wish to do so.
No stealing of vehicles / mounts near safe zones or bases.

Any of these offences 'could' result to a kick/ban dependant on how bad itis.
