/Crosshair - Custom crosshair overlay.
/Bgrade - Automatic upgrading of building.
/tpr, /tpa - Teleport requesting & accepting.
/home - Set home and teleport home (GUI).
/trade - Trade at a safe distance with anyone.
/clan - Create and invite your friends toa clan.
/ad - Toggle auto door closing.
/remove - Building / placeables removal tool.
Furnace splitter & quick smelting.
Automatic team and clan door/TC authorisation.
